Lake Cumberland State Resort Park
With a normal level of more than 52,000 acres of water and 1,225
miles of shoreline, Lake Cumberland is considered one of the finest
fishing and boating areas in the Eastern United States. Even at its
current reduced level, it remains the third largest lake in Kentucky.
Perched high above this watery expanse, the park offers visitors
a wide array of recreational opportunities, from tennis to trails.
New, in 2007, is the 18-hole disk golf course. Plenty to do at Lake
Cumberland State Resort Park both on and off the lake.
Geography
Lake Cumberland State Resort Park is
located in Russell County KY, south of
Jamestown, on the northwestern edge
of Lake Cumberland.
Recreation
Lake Cumberland has an abundance
of largemouth, smallmouth, white
and Kentucky bass, bluegill, crappie,
rockfish, and walleye. State Dock offers
both open and covered slips up to 100’

representatives from the:
Faculty and course objectives
The goal of this activity is to educate pediatricians and to discuss
the best practices in the care of the pediatric patient.

are some of the more common imaging
abnormalities encountered in that group?
• What is the clinical presentation of the
most frequent neurosurgical diagnoses
in kids?
• What is new in the management of
pediatric epilepsy?
• How does one approach the
hypotonic infant?
And, even more through several case

interesting, or if you are getting migraines
in the office trying to manage those difficult
patients with headaches — join us — we
have that covered too!
You may register for the neurology session
by checking the Friday session box on the
