organization. It will cover the ICC’s responsibility in the
organization, and the intricacies of investigating a case
of sexual harassment.
The Films: 3 films, 3 cases
based on real life incidents, 3
scenarios. Each film tackles a
complaint the ICC members
are likely to receive during
their tenure. The attendees will
get an insight to some of the
skills that are an ICC requisite
and possible ways of handling
potential cases.
