Deposit and Confirmation The Hyatt Regency Sacramento requires a 20% non-refundable deposit based upon your minimum food and beverage requirement to confirm function space. Estimated final prepayment is due two (2) weeks prior to your event. Guarantee Your final attendance guarantee must be received no later than 10:00am, three working days prior to the event. This will be considered the minimum guarantee for which you will be charged.
