our award winning menus.

Our Regency Ballroom offers a formal dining experience with 16’ ceilings and an
elegant ambiance. Or, you may choose a more unique location, celebrating on our
15th floor in the Capitol View room, offering a breathtaking view of the Sacramento
Skyline, State Capitol and Capitol Park. Looking for an intimate setting with close
friends and family? Our Grand Terrace suite, which includes overnight
accommodations, is perfect for a smaller gathering.
Our expertise is not limited to just menus or banquet rooms. When you plan your
wedding with us we also provide a variety of complimentary linens, dance floors,
head tables and votive candles. We may also assist you in selecting wedding cakes,
entertainment and photographers.
At the end of your event, take the elevator to one of beautifully appointed guest
rooms. Special guest rates for groups can be arranged through our Sales
Department.

Guest Rooms and Rates
A special rate will be offered to your guests for the weekend of you event, based upon availability.
Complimentary accommodations will be provided on the wedding night to the wedding couple.
Decoration
A wide variety of complimentary linens are available for your selection. Your Catering manager can also
provide votive candles and help you arrange for other accents for your event.
Room Set
Dance floor, head table and riser for the band or DJ are available for your custom room design.
Deposit and Confirmation
The Hyatt Regency Sacramento requires a 20% non-refundable deposit based upon your minimum food
and beverage requirement to confirm function space. Estimated final prepayment is due two (2) weeks
prior to your event.
Guarantee
Your final attendance guarantee must be received no later than 10:00am, three working days prior to the
event. This will be considered the minimum guarantee for which you will be charged.

Service Charge and Sales Tax
A 21% taxable service charge and 8.5% California State sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, and
audio visual charges.
Parking
The hotel features an attached covered parking garage. A discounted rate of $7.00 self-parking is
available for all guests for the reception, does not apply to overnight guests.
