Publicly Available Specification (PAS)

ETSI has updated its PAS process to make it usable
PAS submitter must be either a member or a partner
organization who has signed a cooperation agreement
Implies check of organization and its IPR policy
ETSI Technical Committee needs to be assigned
Answers to questions like ownership, maintenance, withdrawal
need to be answered during the process.
