The man approached her from behind while she was walking north on the foreshore footpath about 5pm about 20m north of Shelley Bridge. She was dragged to the ground and hit in the face but escaped and ran back to her car. Her attacker is 40 to 50 years old and about 183cm, with a tanned complexion, solid build and scruffy, grey hair. He was wearing jeans and a short-sleeved, grey shirt. Kewdale: Armed robbery. Karawara: Bicycle rider snatched a woman’s handbag. East Victoria Park: Officeworks robbery and assault. TWO THUGS BASH MAN Two thugs bashed a man in Parmelia so badly he needed surgery. The victim was walking on Chisham Avenue, near Tanson Road, when two men in a white work ute approached about 10.30pm on Saturday, November 15. One hit him in the face and knocked him down. He was then held down while the other man kept punching, fracturing his eye socket and cheekbone. Police said one man was about 193cm with fair skin, solid build, ginger goatee and short ginger hair. He was wearing white shorts and no shirt. The other is about 183cm with fair skin, slim build, short dark hair and a possible Irish accent. He was wearing pants and a black T-shirt. MAN ASSAULTED IN ROBBERY A staff member was assaulted at Officeworks in East Victoria Park on Wednesday, November 12 after a man and a woman entered the shop about 4.45pm. Each filled a backpack with items then ran into a storeroom area to go through a fire exit. The staff member gave chase but the man stepped from behind a door and assaulted him. The man has a medium build, long, dark hair and was wearing a striped jumper, dark pants and runners. The woman has a slim to medium build, short, dark hair and was in dark clothes. Both are dark skinned. ASSAULT AND ROBBERY Two men assaulted a man and stole his mobile phone in Jandakot about 8.15pm on Jandakot: A mobile phone was stolen during an assault on a bike path. Mt Helena: One suspect (pictured in both identikits) is wanted for burglaries. Sunday, August 17. The victim was walking on a bicycle path adjacent to Kwinana Freeway when he was hit and robbed near Kentucky Court. His attackers walked off towards Cockburn Central. One man is in his mid-40s, about 210cm with skinny build, light hair and brown goatee. He was in a black jacket and a dark baseball cap. The other is in his mid-30s, about 173cm with a beer belly and short, brown hair. He had black jeans and a brown shirt with white writing. Karawara about 6am on Tuesday, October 21. She was on a walkway at Waterford Plaza Shopping Centre when a man on a mountain bike grabbed her bag as he rode past, but she held on and they both fell. He followed her on his bike as she ran away so she handed over her bag. The man is in his mid-20s, about 172cm with a tanned or olive complexion, slim build and short, brown hair. He was in a purple hooded jumper with white and black front logo, grey cargo shorts and black shoes. STOLEN CARS AND BURGLARY A young man is wanted for robberies in the Mt Helena area. About midday on Tuesday, September 16, he stole a grey Mazda 2 hatchback 1DQR353 from Woodside Street, Doubleview, during a home invasion. The car was seen two hours later travelling east at Roe Highway and Great Northern Highway, Midland. At 7am the next day, a white Kia Mentor sedan 1ARC040 was taken from Alps Street, Mt Helena but abandoned with a flat tyre outside Eastern Hills Senior High School on Keane Street. The offender is his 20s, about 185cm with olive skin, slim build and possibly a homemade tattoo on his knuckles. He was wearing dark pants, a dark hooded jumper and black beanie with a gold, Aztec-style print. RIDER STEALS WOMAN’S BAG A young man stalked then mugged a 45-year-old woman in REGISTER NOW friendshipgames.com.au An international youth sports event SERVO ARMED HOLD-UP A man held up a Kewdale service station in Orrong Road at knifepoint about 11.30pm on Sunday, November 23 after he tried to buy a drink when he did not have enough money. He left but returned with a knife. The attendant refused his demand for cash but the man overpowered him and stole money from the register. The man is aged 20 to 30, about 168cm with dark skin, slim build and thin, black moustache. He was wearing a yellow hooded jumper. TWO ACCUSED OF ASSAULT Police would like to hear from witnesses to an assault outside State Swim pool on Canning Highway, East Fremantle, about 3.30pm on Thursday, October 23. The two male offenders were parked when a man arrived with a woman in a blue hatchback, and a fight broke out. The man was injured in the attack. One of the suspects is in his 40s, about 176cm with thin build and blond or grey hair. He had a black beanie and dark sunglasses. The other is in his late 20s to early 30s, about 180cm with fair skin, slim build and dark, shoulder-length hair. He wore a beanie and faded tracksuit pants. Their car is a small, four-door hatch or sedan, light blue or green with yellow body patchwork at the rear.
