Construction Impacts
• Cubberly: Laying pipe, backfilling trench, boiler pad work,
(weather permitting), installing pipe and conduit inside
mechanical room.
• Cubberly: Walkway bordering Green Library and Cubberly
is closed. Crews working throughout the first floor,
basement, and crews / heavy equipment outside between
Green Library and Cubberly.
• Forsythe: Painting enclosure and landscaping (weather
permitting).
• Forsythe: Crew working intermittently outside of Forsythe
by the new skid.
• Encina Commons: 12/20 Crane pick, riser insulation, and
POC connections to rebuilt skid. Steam Startup 12/29.
• Encina Commons: 12/20 Crane pick: Crothers Way
closed from 8:00AM-10:00AM, evacuation of offices under
crane swing from 8:30-8:45 during pick.
• Braun Corner: Punchlist work.
