Our Opportunity for You: We are seeking a motivated and business-savvy technology
professional for this newly created role in our Toronto office. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining reports in support of our residential servicing
division. This individual should be comfortable and knowledgeable in working with large sets of
internal data to create meaningful reports for investors and additional business users. Our
successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a self-starter who can
integrate themselves into our business and positively impact the quality of our reporting. This is

Accountabilities
The core responsibilities and accountabilities are:



Develop integrated reporting solutions within a complex and fast-paced environment, using
Microsoft technologies
Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, monthly reporting with flawless execution
Ensure standardization and best practices in metrics and reporting

Develop and execute ad hoc, business, and performance reporting as requested by the business user
community
Interact with internal users and business clients to diagnose and analyze business issues to develop
an understanding of requirements for reporting or performance management solutions
Participate and support special projects requiring additional analysis
Test and troubleshoot issues with respect to reporting and analysis as they arise
Education/ Experience / Skills






University degree
Experience defining, building, and troubleshooting exception reporting, management reporting,
queries, interfaces, etc.
Ability to query multiple data sources
In-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing and administration
Advanced Microsoft Excel / SQL /SSRS / Report Writer skills
Excellent problem solving skills and mathematical aptitude

Business-savvy and able to understand related data flow
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate and
articulate technical information using audience-appropriate terminology
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrates professionalism, judgment and integrity in daily operations
