Healthy Eating Cookery Competition 2015 Entrants: TY Students and 5th Year Students – 2 students per team. 1st Prize: 2 Winners with parents or guardians will attend a Family Cooking Day with a High Class Chef at Lismullin School of Culinary and Home Arts. Runners up Vouchers Competition Brief 1. To plan, cost, cook and present a 2 course meal (main course and dessert) for 4 (family/friends at home). Total Cost limit is €20.00. 2. Use local/organic grown food, where possible. Reduce use of salt and processed food and offer alternative ways of producing a well-balanced, nutritional and tasty meal. 3. Write 5 points on the importance of eating healthy foods prepared in a healthy way AND 5 points on the social value of eating together with family and friends.
