Ingredients
• 100g Specially Selected American Peanut Butter – Smooth or Crunchy
• 100g Butter – softened
350g
• 100g Caster Sugar
• 100g Soft Brown Sugar
• 250g Plain Flour
• 1 tsp Bicarbonate
of Soda
• 1 Large Egg
• Pinch of Salt

ou’ll need Christmas shaped cookie cutters and
a little extra flour for rolling.
2. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
3. M
ix the flour, sugars, peanut butter, bicarbonate
of soda and salt together. Rub in the butter. Whisk the
egg and then mix this into the dough.
4. L ightly roll out the dough to the thickness of a euro
coin, then cut out the biscuits with your favourite
Christmas cutters.

ake on a lightly greased baking sheet for 7-10 minutes,
depending on the size of your biscuits.

on a board. Roll the stuffing into a log shape
about 18cm long. Put this on top of
the bacon and roll the rashers around it.
