World Meeting of Families Prayer
God and Father of us all, in Jesus, your Son and
our Savior, you have made us your sons and
daughters in the family of the Church. May your
grace and love help our families in every part of the
world be united to one another in fidelity to the
Gospel. May the example of the Holy Family, with
the aid of your Holy Spirit, guide all families,
especially those most troubled, to be homes of
communion and prayer and to always seek your
truth and live in your love. Through Christ our
Lord. Amen.

The 2015 Mass Book and the Sanctuary Light
and Altar Roses for 2015 is now open. Please
contact the Parish Office if you would like to have a
mass celebrated for someone special, living or
deceased, or for a special occasion. This is a
Catholic tradition that needs to continue, as we
believe we are spiritually connected to our brothers
and sisters in Christ. If you need prayers for
yourself or wish to have someone who is deceased
remembered, this is great way to fulfill this desire.
Also, you can have someone remembered or a
special intention prayed for in a special way for one
week long through a Sanctuary Light or Altar Rose
donation.
A special thank you to all of our faithful
parishioners who attended Our Lady of Mount
Carmel Parish for Christmas. The families and
friends filled our Church and made Christmas extra
special. I appreciate your support and ongoing
dedication to our Parish. In the New Year, please
continue to check the Bulletin, in Church or online,
for our continued activities. Our Parish welcomes
2015 as a year of great growth, renewal, spirit, and
dedication to the best Parish on Second Street.
