Lillian R. Pethoud Her Legacy… Lillian Rose Pethoud, age 86, of Green Oak Twp., MI, passed away March 27, 2014, in Saginaw MI. She was born on February 2, 1928, to Nolan L. & Grace (Beals) Covert, in Detroit, MI. Lillian proudly served her country in the United States Air Force, during the Korean War. She married the love of her life, Jack Pethoud, on May 14, 1955, in Royal Oak, MI. Lillian will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Her Family… Lillian leaves behind her husband, Jack; her children Rick James (Sue Ann) Pethoud of Brighton, MI and Eric Ray Pethoud of Hamburg, MI; (3) grandchildren, Jeff, Andrea and Chance; (1) great grandson; and sister, Maryellen Guss of Royal Oak, MI . She is preceded in death by James and Richard Covert. 1928 - 2014 Her Farewell… Family and friends will gather from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm, on Army Day, April 6, 2014, at First United Methodist Church, in Brighton, MI with her Simple Farewell beginning at 3:00 pm.
