“Montague formalised their commitment to GSA in mid
2013 and have found the partnership to be extremely
rewarding. The commitment, professionalism and
communication from all GSA staff has been fantastic.
GSA are a lot more than “generalists” offering
brokerage advice. They have dedicated professionals
in all areas of business that are quick to respond to
all lines of communication, anticipate pitfalls and give
considered and sound commercial advice relating to
all insurance matters.
GSA continue to go above and beyond our
expectations and even though we have had a
relatively short partnership they clearly understand
not just the industries we play in but also welcome
the family environment, and have excelled in building
relationships with all members of Montague from
Family, Directors, Senior Management through to all
levels of staf ng.
We could not be more pleased to have joined GSA
and we look forward to a long and satisfying business
relationship that will ensure Montague minimise all
insurance business risks now and into the future.”

WHY THE
IMPORTANCE
OF THE
THERMAL
EFFICIENCY OF
REFRIGERATED
VEHICLES?
The role of the refrigerated
vehicle in the distribution
chain products and
foodstuffs can be
summarised as
i
To maintain the
temperature of the
product at which loaded
ii. To prevent
contamination of the
product by bacteria,
fungi, foreign odours or
material
iii. To prevent any damage
to the pac aging of the
product
To maintain product
temperature with minimum
energy usage diesel or
electric consumption the
refrigerated body should
have an acceptable heat
lea age. to the body
generally the less the
refrigeration increase in
product temperature in the
event of a refrigeration unit
failure or a truc brea down
in the event of a refrigeration
unit which is driven by the
vehicle’s engine.

END OF YEAR FUNCTIONS AND
EXPECTED BEHAVIOURS
The end of the year is an ideal
time for many organisations
gather their teams together
to recognise and celebrate
achievements and provide a
social setting for people to
informally share time and often
refreshments and gift giving.
Having a good time with the
hard wor ing team and en oying
some social time together is the
usual intention.
