An executive search process was then commencing by the Board to find a new Executive Officer to serve the Association, and following numerous interviews, I was selected to fulfil the role as your new Executive Officer. IcommencedwiththeRWTAon Monday22ndSeptember2014, andoneofmyfirstdutieswas toplaceAnneThorntoninthe roleofAdministrationOfficer, completinganotherphaseof thetransitionprocess.Thenext stagewastoconductareviewof wheretheRWTAwasplacedasa memberassociation,withregards togovernanceandoperating procedures,statedivisionsand sub-committees,andthiswillbe completedbytheendoftheyear.
