She is available as a guest speaker, interviewee, television guest/host, and author. STEPHEN BAUER Stephen Bauer was born in East London, South Africa but moved to Cape Town as a teenager. It was there that he received a world class education in art and design. In the mid 80’s Bauer left his country and set sail for the U.S. A true maverick, Bauer had no money, no connections and no back up plan. But he believed in the American dream and dared to pursue it. Immediately employed as a successful commercial illustrator, he honed his unique design style and enjoyed national success. But it wasn’t until his wife Mary was expecting, that Bauer’s American dream came true. Inspired by love, creative passion, and the wild’s of Africa, Bauer created a spectacular crib for their baby, entitled Casablanca Plume. Today, Bauer is constantly designing and drawing inspiration from all facets of life. His unique design style defines Bratt Decor and sets the company apart from all others. His talent has fueled the Bratt’s meteoric rise and original voice.
