A Note From the Executive Director
Christy Andrews
When the calendar pages welcome a new year, many of us
take the opportunity to set personal goals for ourselves
for the coming months. This year, we hope you will take
advantage of the full variety of programs offered at the
Cancer Support Community Atlanta and try some new
classes you’ve never experienced before. Looking to connect with others who understand the challenges you face?
There are support groups filled with people who can offer
you the support you need. If you are setting goals for healthier
eating in 2015, attend a nutrition seminar or cooking demonstration. If you’ve never tried a stress reduction class, attend one of our many offerings of
programs that can reduce your stress, and experience a gentle exercise class designed to
help you regain and retain strength.
There is truly something for everyone at CSC Atlanta, so as you look through this
edition of “The Community”, challenge yourself to try something new! We’re looking
forward to welcoming you to all of the enriching programs offered at CSC Atlanta.
Happy New Year!
