Implementing binder sampling from the storage tank and installing an adequate filler sampling point to confirm compliance with the requirements of Clause 9.3.1 of MRTS17 and MRTS18, and Clause C2.3.2 of the registration system manual, prior to the first works undertaken as a TMR registered supplier. 2. Maintaining the arrangements for binder/filler testing and mix compliance testing as defined in the Asphalt Production and Supply flow chart (QS 7.5.01, Mar-14) until NATA accreditation is achieved by the Pan Materials laboratory. #2 Asphalt supplier registration is conditional on Queensland Road Surfaces Contracting: 1. Providing evidence of the use of the company's management systems during asphalt paving. 2. Achieving satisfactory performance in paving operations as determined by TMR. Evidence of compliance with these conditions must be provided prior to or during the first works undertaken on a TMR project as a registered asphalt paving organisation. #3 Paving operations are restricted to minor maintenance works involving no greater than 500 m2 or 80 tonnes of asphalt pavement or surfacing (whichever is the lesser).
