EONCOAT 551 is a two component epoxy
anti-corrosive primer. It is a very hard,
impact and chemical resistant material when
cured. This product can be used on properly
prepared surfaces in both new construction
situations and as an industrial maintenance
primer for a wide range of anti-corrosive
coatings system for use in the concrete,
offshore, petrochemical, mining, chemical
and other industries.
EONCOAT 551 adalah 2 komponen epoksi
primer anti karat. Jika sudah curing akan
menghasilkan lapisan yang sangat keras, dan
mempunyai ketahanan terhadap impact dan
bahan kimia. Produk ini bisa diaplikasikan
pada permukaan konstruksi yang baru atau
primer
untuk
perawatan
pada
sistim
pelapisan anti karat pada bangunan, lepas
pantai, petrokimia, pertambangan, industri
kimia dan lainnya.
EONCOAT 551 is easy to work with and can
be recoated with solvent-borne sealer and is
the
preferred
filler
for
epoxy
and
polyurethane systems.

Application
Cara Pemakaian

Mix 4 part of epoxy and 1 part of
hardener with ratio by volume.

Campurkan 4 bagian epoxy dengan 1
bagian
hardener
dengan
rasio
pencampuran berdasarkan volume.

Stir until completely homogeneous.

Aduk hingga benar-benar homogen.

Apply EONCOAT 551 by brushing or
spraying. Apply evenly on the pipe
surface, then allow to dry.

Aplikasikan dengan kuas atau
kemudian biarkan sampai kering.

Drying time (touch dry) is after 1 hour.

Kering sentuh dicapai setelah 1 jam.

If desired, a second coat can be applied to
give better protection.

Jika diperlukan, berikan lapisan kedua
untuk memberikan perlindungan yang
lebih baik.

taken during handling this product. Wear
solvent-proof
protective
gloves

protective goggles. Ensure that workrooms

The shelf life for this product is 2 years when
it is stored in its original, sealed container at
room temperature. However, the product
should be inspected after 2 years from the
date of manufacture prior to customer use.
Masa kadaluarsa produk ini adalah 2 tahun
bila disimpan dalam wadah yang asli, disegel
pada suhu kamar. Namun, produk tersebut
harus diperiksa setelah 2 tahun dari tanggal
pembuatan sebelum digunakan pelanggan.
