On the Convocation Day – Conferment of Degree (Phase 4)
Assemble at a designated location & follow the
instructions of the Convocation Marshall’s
Walk to the stage and pass the Alumni Card to the
University Marshall before going up the stage
Walk toward the Chancellor / Chairman when
graduand’s name is announced
Stop at the ‘X’ mark. Bow with respect. Accept the
scroll with both hands
Move one step backward. Bow and side-step to
the left. Graduands are to hold the scroll on their
right hand and walk back to your seat
