Please note that not all requests will be granted. You may not attend another university or participate in a program that awards college credit of any kind during the period of deferral. We may make exceptions on a case by case basis only. If you wish to have any credit received during the deferral period transferred to Tulane, you must reapply as a Transfer student. Scholarships and financial aid awarded for the original enrollment term are not guaranteed for future term enrollment. You may only elect to defer enrollment up to one year from the academic term of the original offer of admission. Once your request is approved, you will be committed to Tulane and may not apply for admission to any other institution. You will not have to resubmit your application to Tulane for the future term, but you will have to resubmit your FAFSA and CSS Profile to be considered for financial aid for the future term.
