Yes We Can…Celebrate Greatness!
Creative 360 has developed an innovative program to recognize and honor those 80 and over in a way that
respects their knowledge and taps into their legacy of creativity. This amazing and often overlooked segment of
the population offers a wealth of experience and knowledge that should be shared with people of all ages. Our
multi-faceted series is open to all ages and offers programs in poetry, music, art, dance, and science. It will give
participants ongoing opportunities to engage with and learn from a dynamic group of senior presenters and
educators. In response to positive feedback and demand for more programs following our inaugural program in
the winter 2014, Yes We Can! is now an ongoing signature program for Creative 360.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a vital health exercise that is enjoyable, easy to learn, and ideal for busy people.
Developed centuries ago in China, an estimated 800 million people practice it. Tai Chi looks
like it’s being performed in slow motion with flowing, circular movements; but it is far more
dynamic than it looks. It is roughly the equivalent of a brisk walk. Often called 'moving
meditation', Tai Chi is especially useful for improving balance, preventing falls, and for
lowering blood pressure. With Dianna Cole. Please let us know you are coming.
