TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are eligible to have your Jetts joining fee waived if you:
1. Sign up using the “Jetts” promo code with nib before 12 am on 1 February 2015; and
2. Choose Basic Private Hospital Cover, Mid Private Hospital Cover Plus, Top Private Hospital Cover Plus, Basic
EveryDay Cover or Mid EveryDay Cover, or any combination thereof; and
3. Pay your first premiums to nib on a quarterly basis; and
4. Are a new customer to both nib and Jetts.
It is important to understand the following conditions which apply to this offer:
a) You must present your nib welcome email or promo email to a participating Jetts gym before 28/02/2015 to
redeem this offer. Only the person who took out the policy with nib will have their joining fee waived when
they join Jetts.
b) You will still be required to pay a fee of $29 for your Jetts access card (usually $49).
c) The membership fees offered under this promotion are the Jetts corporate/family rate of $10.95 per week or
$418 per year.
d) Standard Jetts membership terms and conditions apply and are available in club or at
www.jettsonline.co.nz/terms.

After your first quarterly premium payment to nib, you are free to change your payment frequency at any
time.
