The Asia Pacific Society of Infection Control (APSIC) was established in 1998 and is a
multi-national and voluntary organization dedicated to the advancement of infection control
practice to reduce hospital associated infections, monitor and control emerging and
re-emerging infectious diseases and improved patient outcomes. After the first international Congress
launched under its name in 2001 in Hong Kong, the Congress is now held every two years.

Invitation to Sponsors and Exhibitors
“Combating Infection for Global Health”
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the Congress Organizing Committees, we are pleased to welcome our industry partners
participating as sponsors and/or exhibitors in the 7th International Congress of the Asia Pacific Society of
Infection Control (APSIC 2015). The congress is held every two years since 2001 and takes place in Taiwan
at the first time. APSIC 2015 is proudly hosted by the Asia Pacific Society of Infection Control and
organized by Infection Control Society of Taiwan and the Infectious Diseases Society of Taiwan on March
26-29, 2015.
The Congress venue is sitting right in the center of Taipei City, with walking distance to tourist attractions,
shopping and dining areas. It offers a stunning architectural design, state-of-the-art facilities and
operational features providing the ideal location for us to gather meetings, exhibitions and events in one
complex.
The Program Committee has conducted a stimulating and informative program, including 4 Plenary
Lectures, 20 Keynote Speeches, 20 Concurrent Sessions, and more than 20 Satellite Symposia delivered by
150+ world-renowned experts. We anticipate an attendance in excess of 2,500 delegates all over the
world sharing up-to-date research findings and implications for research and practice on topics relevant
to all areas of infection and prevention & control.
There are several sponsorship opportunities including integrated symposia, lunch and evening seminars,
advertisement exposure on congress publications, and exhibition booth to satisfy your specific needs. The
Congress program also has been tailored to provide the opportunity for delegates to network with
colleagues as well as to visit the exhibitions exploring the latest products and services provided by our
industry partners.
Join us in APSIC 2015 and welcome to the beautiful city, Taipei!
