1. Organizer and venue:
The organizer is the Tyrolean Haflinger Horse Breeders Association (HPT), Schlossallee
31, A - 6341 Ebbs. The venue is the Fohlenhof in Ebbs, also Schlossallee 31, A- 6341
Ebbs . The Haflinger World Exhibition will be held from the 4 th to the 7th of June 2015.
2. Approval:
The Haflinger World Exhibition 2015, under the patronage of the World Haflinger
Breeding and Sports Association (HWZSV), was approved by the General Meeting of
27th of September 2013.
3. Type of event:
A horse show for the Haflinger breed. There is an individual assessment of the horses,
however horses can be shown in groups.
4. Enrollment:
You can enrol through an official body of The Tyrolean Haflinger Horse Breeders
Association - the specialist magazine “Haflinger Pferde”, online at www.haflingertirol.com or through any member organizations of the Haflinger World Breeding and
Sport Association (HWZSV).
5. Registration:
The registration of the horse must be no later than 15 th of January 2015. For this it is
necessary to have a copy of the passport with proof of at least six previous
generations. Pregnant mares need to indicate the foal's father. The foaling must be
submitted no later than 30th of April 2015 to be included in the exhibition catalogue.
6. Preview of the horses:
All horses will be inspected by representatives of the Tyrolean Haflinger Horse
Breeders Association.
7. Number of horses:
Every nation has been given a maximum number of exhibition horses. If a country
brings fewer horses to the exhibition, then the remaining places will be allocated to
the other nations. The upper limit is 650 horses.
8. Judging of horses:
The individual assessment of the horses will be carried out in the presentation
triangle. International recognized judges will assess the horses under the 11 points
system.

9. Entry fee and insurance:
Entry fee per horse is € 200,- which includes the starting fee, stable and feeding costs.
Members of the association area of the HPT have to pay an entry fee of € 150, - as
they assist in the preparation as well as the work involved after the exhibition.
Registration is only valid after receipt of the registration fee. This must be paid no
later than 31st of March 2015, subsequent registrations will not be accepted. Nonattendance or cancellation received after the 1st of April 2015 is non-refundable. The
organizer cannot be held liable for any damages and each exhibitor and exhibition
horse has to have liability insurance.
For exhibition horses an accident insurance can be provided, exact conditions are
available from the organzier.
10. Accommodation of horses:
The horses will be kept in tent stables, divided in nations. Mares without a foal at foot
and fillies are housed in the stables and must be accustomed to being tied. Mares
with foals at foot will be kept in visitor-friendly boxes. Stallions are housed in separate
boxes in stables.
THE EXHIBITION OF HORSES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK !
The stable tents and stable will be closed between 9 pm and 6 am – without
exception. Also horse owners will not be able to visit the horses during these hours –
this is in the interests of the horses!
11. Arrival and Departure:
Upon delivery of the horses, he EC Animal Transport Regulations of 1/2005 have to be
considered . For horses from outside Austria a TRACES certificate or a certificate of
health Annex II of the Directive 2009/156/EC is necessary. The costs of the arrival and
departure are to be paid by the exhibitors themselves. Due to the strict veterinary
regulations the check-ins on Tuesday 2nd of June and Wednesday 3rd of June 2015 are
between 8 am and 8 pm. Outside these hours no horses can be registered! Departure
is planned for the 7th of June 2015 at around 3 pm, after the last show, but no later
than Monday 8th of June at 12 pm.
12. Veterinary regulations:
The necessary veterinary requirements are imposed and monitored by state
vetinarian Dr. Joseph Koessler and the official veterinarian of the Kufstein District
Commission Dr. Matthias Vill. Each horse must provide an up-to-date vaccination
register. (Basic immunization or refresher at most 6 months ago) Furthermore, for all
horses from outside of Austria, a Coggins test (EIA, validity 1 year) is required. The
passport must be shown before admission in the event area at the entrance control,
where also veterinary medicine checks will take place. Horses showing signs of
diseases will be excluded from the exhibition and may not enter the exhibition area.
Horses, which are hooved on the back legs, will not be allowed to enter the
exhibition.

13. Border requirements
The provisions necessary for crossing the border to travel to Austria will be sent to
the owners seperatly.
14. Additional requirements
Dogs must be on a leash in the entire exhibition area. We ask, if at all possible, to not
bring any dogs at all. Smoking is prohibited in all stables and stable tents without
exception. Photography, filming and video recordings are permitted only for personal
use. Each exhibitor gives his consent to have pictures and recordings taken of himself,
his agents and his horses. The publication rights are exclusively with the HPT.Camping
in the exhibition area is strictly prohibited.
The organizer reserves the right to make use of his domiciliary right.
