Share your experience with the Football Medicine Community This is your occasion to meet and get to know the maximum number of specialists of the international Football Medicine Community. If you have undertaken research or experienced particular cases that you want to report, you have the chance to share your results with the Conference audience. There are two ways to get involved: participating in a free oral communication or presenting a free poster. You can choose the option that suits you better, by asking our Organising Secretariat for the abstract form and the guidelines for the abstract submission. Please write to [email protected] or phone us on +39 051 2986814 to receive them. The deadline for the submission of your scientific contributions is 15th January, 2015. Get involved! Become Our Partner Isokinetic Medical Group welcomes all companies to participate in this Conference and become a commerical partner. There are many options to choose, including the hire of exhibit spaces, inserts in delegate bags and an active participation by way of scientific contributions, such as workshops. This is a great opportunity to receive a high visibility and, at the same time, to come into contact with an international audience that is always attracted by new technologies and updated techniques. Our Organising Secretariat is at your disposal to supply customised solutions and to suggest what would work better for your own objectives. Write to [email protected] your enquiry or requests, we will be happy to help you. Exhibit Spaces Exhibit spaces are located througout the Conference centre, in specific areas where the flow of people is enhanced by the presence of conference rooms and the scientific programme. All the booths are placed in positions that guarantee a high exposure to visitors and allow for enough room to speak and establish connections. The Organising Secretariat will give you the full detailed plans of exhibit spaces, sizes and prices. Don’t loose this opportunity! Workshops A dedicated conference room is available to hold a private workshop. It will be added to the scientific programme of the Conference and in the final programme that all delegates receive. The workshop is like a “mini-conference” run and organised by yourself, with your own programme. We will give you the room and explain to you the different categories of event that you can run. Here you will have the chance to promote your products or technologies and visitors can sit and listen to your “conference”. The time slots available are the same as those given to the session of the official scientific programme, so you can choose the one that you prefer. Ask the Organising Secretariat for further details. 26 Key Dates, Registration and Logistics Memorandum Deadline for the submission of scientific contributions January 15th 2015 Deadline for early bird registration February 1st 2015 Confirmation of scientific contributions acceptance February 15th 2015 April 8th 2015 Online registration finishes Registrations For online registration please visit www.FootballMedicineStrategies.com and fill the form in the 2015 conference section ATTENDANCE Until February 1st 2015 From February 2nd 2015 Both Days + Monday Summit £ 390 / 250* £ 590 / 350* Single Day (Saturday or Sunday) £ 250 / 150* £ 300 / 200* Monday Summit Only £ 150 / 100* £ 200 / 150* *Students are entitled to a reduced fee.
