The Coburg Disticts Football Club is pleased to announce the following coaching appointments and key information regarding the
CDFC 2015 Junior football program.

Guiding Principals
The Coburg Districts Football Club prides itself on being a Family friendly and inclusive club. The guiding principles of the CDFC Junior
Football program are to:
 Assist in the inherent success for all involved
 Provide a fun focused environment where players can undertake individual skill development
 Create an awareness of being a team member & play in various positions
 Introduce the game and good sportsmanship
 Promote participation as an over-riding priority
2015 CDFC Junior Player Placement Criteria
The Coburg Districts Football Club will use the following criteria to place junior players into the respective football teams for the 2015
football season:
Under 12’s
- All 2003 and 2004 born players
Under 10's Blue
- All third year 2005/2006 born players and second year 2005 born players
Under 10's White
- All second year 2006 born players
Under 10's Cubs
- All first year players, including 2005, 2006 and 2007 born players
Under 8’s
- 2007 born players
*The decision to place a junior football player into a junior football team outside of the 2015 CDFC Junior Player Placement Criteria
will be made in consultation with the appointed CDFC committee representative, the player’s parents and the players coach. Final
approval on the player’s placement will be at the discretion of the CDFC President.

2015 Registration Fee
The Junior Player registration fee for the 2015 football season will be as followsUnder 10’s & 12’s

*Fees are required to be paid at registration day on Sunday 4th February at Cole Reserve between the hours of 11:00am and 2:00pm
2015 fees includeCDFC Junior Membership and Match Day fees
1 x CDFC Grey Hoodie
1 x Buffalo Football
1 x CDFC Match Day Playing Jumper
1 x CDFC Training Jumper
*The CDFC Match Day Playing Jumper and Training Jumper will be given to the players at the start of the season and are required to
be returned at the completion of the season. Both Jumpers remain the property of the CDFC.
Online Registration Process
All Player registrations for the 2015 football season will be required to be done on-line. A notification will be sent out to all parents to
inform them of the opening date of the online registration process.
Mouth Guards
Mouth guard fittings by the Mouth Guard Man will be held at Cole Reserve during Training Session 5 on Wednesday 4th March.
Delivery of mouth guards will take place at Training Session 6 on Wednesday 11th March.
AFL Level 1 Coaching Course
The 2015 Calder Region Coach Education Schedule is as followsth
Auskick Course
Night 1 – Wednesday, 13 May (6pm-10pm)

Junior Course
Night 1 – Monday, 30th March (6pm-10pm)
Night 2 – Wednesday, 29th April (6pm-10pm)
The CDFC invites all parents (mums & dads) who might be interested in participating in their child’s football experience at both
training and on match days to consider undertaking one of the above AFL Level 1 Coaching Courses. As in previous years the club will
pay the course fee for any parents who will be actively involved in weekly training sessions and match day roles.
The CDFC committee, members and sponsors are excited about the continued growth planned for the junior football program in the
2015 season. The club welcomes back all current players and is actively seeking new players to join our club for the 2015 football
