Coir (koir) n. The fiber obtained from the husk of a coconut, used
in making rope and matting.
The Handmade Collection is where you will find our original, high-quality, hand-crafted doormats.
Mats from the Handmade Collection are handmade (as the name suggests!) from coir in India. They are hand-woven and hand-painted. The design,
workmanship and materials combine to deliver doormats that are appealing, useful and durable—epitomizing functional artistry for the home.
Handmade Collection doormats are hand woven and hand stenciled; slight variations in color, weight and size may occur and add to the uniqueness of
our natural product . Handmade Collection mats are signified with an “S” or “F” after the product number.
Care: Shake, sweep, or vacuum clean. Recommended for use under a sheltered area.

lived in London for a couple of years, Carol’s

diverse design styles I got to work with, and
the fun of designing something for the most
wonderful time of the year.”

Suzan Waldinger is a self-taught artist
from South Salem, NY who primarily
creates expressionistic paintings. Using
an impasto technique, brushes and
palette knives, she finds inspiration in the

Thank you for your interest in our floor mats. Below are our terms and conditions as well as answers to several FAQs on how we
do business at Entryways. Please feel free to contact us at any time for assistance with your order.
New Customers
Welcome! In order to set up your account, please provide us with the
following:
• Copy of your resale certificate.
• Our credit application, completed and signed.
• Our customer information and agreement form, completed and
signed.
Current forms are available on our website under “download forms”.
Payment options
Opening orders must be prepaid by Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or
Check.
Orders
• $250.00 opening order and re-order minimum per delivery
destination.
• Exotic Woods and Handmade Collection mats are sold individually
• Weather Beaters, Timeless Rubber, Bootscraper (BR) and Sweet
Home Collections are sold in case packs of four.
• Prices listed at wholesale and are subject to change without
notice. Items are invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment.
• Order cancellations must be done in writing, must be signed and
sent in at least 3 business days before the requested ship date.
Terms:
• Net 30 terms may be established with completed and signed
• Credit Application. Our Credit Application can be found online
at www.entrywaysusa.com. Please allow 4-8 weeks to establish
terms.
• Accounts past due are subject to interest and collection efforts.
For financial terms in detail, please refer to our most current credit
application.
• A fee of $30 is charged for returned checks.
Backorders
• Backorders ship on receipt of stock in warehouse.
• Backorders ship automatically and without notification.
• If you do not accept backorders, kindly clearly state so in your PO.
• Backorders ship under the same payment terms as the original
order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any backorders with total value of
$100 or less.
Returns
• Merchandise returns require pre-authorization and are subject to
20% restocking fee.
• No returns accepted without authorization.
• Freight charges to be paid by the customer.
• No returns to be accepted after 30 days of shipment.
• Credit to be given on account only.
Damage and other claims
• Please review the merchandise received carefully and report any
damaged goods or shortages within 10 days of receipt of your
order.
• No claims to be accepted after that period.
Shipping
• We ship via UPS Ground/ UPS Freight and FedEx Ground/FedEx
Freight.
• Doormats ship FOB Mt. Laurel NJ 08054 USA. The cost of freight
is added to your invoice. If authorization is given to charge third
party account, a handling fee will be charged.
• We usually ship within a week or less of receipt of order for
customers with established credit, or for payment via credit card.
• Any custom, duty and/ or inspection fees when crossing the
borders are for the account of the customer.
Billing through True Value, Orgil, Arett, and ACE available.
Credit Card Payments:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. Credit
card is charged at the time of shipment for the amount of the goods
shipped, plus shipping.
COD: is available for a fee of $15 per box shipped.

rights reserved.
All goods and services furnished by IUC International LLC (‘IUC’) are subject to the
terms and conditions listed herein. No other terms and conditions shall apply unless
specifically agreed to in writing by an Officer of IUC International. In the event that
collection is necessary, applicant agrees to pay all collection costs, including AAA and/
or attorney’s fees, where applicable. The customer or potential customer authorizes IUC
to verify account worthiness. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to any
product supplied by IUC, or related to these terms and conditions or any other contract,
or the breach thereof, shall be settled either (at IUC International’s sole option) in court
in Camden County, NJ, or by arbitration administered in Camden County, New Jersey,
by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and, at IUC’s sole option, under the
AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules or its Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of
Protection, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in
any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties shall be entitled to conduct discovery in
accordance with the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey. Except for
this clause, the interpretation and enforcement of this Proposal shall be governed by, and
interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey with the exception
of New Jersey’s choice-of- law provisions. A judgment resulting from this arbitration shall
be binding.
