We will take every precaution to protect your precious memories. There is, however, always a possibility for human error. While misplacement of photos is not the norm, it is possible. You may want to do one of the following, especially for exceptionally rare, one-of-a-kind photos: 1) Go to a photography studio and get a duplicate. This is more costly, but you would give us the duplicate and keep the original, because a studio’s reproduction of a picture would be high quality. 2) Get a reproduced copy from the Kodak Picture Maker. These yellow boxes are located in many stores. These machines produce copies very near the original in quality and are satisfactory for submitting to the publishers. 3) Send your digital pictures in on a CD. You can arrange them yourself with the text (Plan 2), or you can just have the pictures included and we’ll arrange them (Plan 1). The pictures should be submitted as a JPEG file to ensure the best quality reproduction. Any digital pictures submitted need to be at least 300 dpi quality. Low resolution scanned pictures will result in low quality production. DO NOT cut the photos! Leave them their original size. The staff will crop (without cutting) the photo so that the important part shows in the picture. If you have a specific request regarding cropping, just write us a note. Please write the first and last name of your student on every photo you submit. We will return them at the end of the school year. Do not send more photos than what is allowed for your size ad! Please choose your pictures carefully and only send the maximum number of pictures allowed for the ad you purchased. We look forward to working with you to provide your student with a lasting memory. If you have any questions, please mail Mrs. Patrick at [email protected] Final payment, pictures, and message are due no later than Thursday, January 15, 2015.
