Greywacke
New Zealand
Marlborough, New Zealand
About
The brainchild of Kevin Judd, Greywacke, is named after a grey stone
that is found widely in New Zealand.
As co-founder of the historic Cloudy
Bay winery and pioneer of winemaking
in Marlborough, Kevin helped shaped
New Zealand's wine industry.
Kevin picks his fruit mainly from Ivan
Sutherland's organic vineyards in the
Brancott and the Wairau, including one
of Marlborough's Pinot Noir Grand Cru
sites, Yarrum Vineyard on the western
slope of the Brancott. His rendition of
Yarrum Pinot Noir is easily the finest.
Jancis Robinson MW OBE recently
proclaimed Greywacke's Sauvignon

Misha’s Vineyard
New Zealand
Central Otago, New Zealand
About
Misha’s Vineyard is located on one of
the most spectacular sites in New
Zealand at the edge of Lake Dunstan
in the Bendigo sub-region of Central
Otago. The sun-drenched north-west
facing terraces of the 57-hectare
estate provide the optimal conditions
for producing world-class Pinot Noir
and a range of aromatic white varieties.
The ‘no compromise’ philosophy
behind Misha’s Vineyard wines
requires an exacting sustainable
viticulture regime, hand-picking and
considerate winemaking methodologies. The wines are crafted by
renowned winemaker, Oliver “Olly”
Masters. Olly has forged some of New
Zealand’s most consistently fine Pinot
Noir over the past decade and carved
a reputation as one of the country’s
leading winemakers and wine judges.
Misha’s Vineyard is fully certified
under the Sustainable Winegrowing
New Zealand certification.
Named by UK Decanter magazine as

Medoc Classified Growths
About
The Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce
led the classification of 1855 at the
request of Emperor Napoleon III. Apart
from Château Haut Brion (Graves), it
is made up of wines from the Médoc,
Barsac and Sauternes.
The classification was divided into five
rungs, known as ‘Growth’, mostly
based on quality and price. These
grades are now known as 1st Growth,
2nd Growth … 5th Growth.
The First Growths are highly
acclaimed wines and they are among
the most collectible labels from
Bordeaux. The quality of several
Second Growths today can be said to
rival those of the First Growths and
these seconds offer good quality-price
ratio.
