Beatles tribute
show returns to OCP
OMAHA – Billy McGuigan,
his brothers Ryan and Matthew, and a backing band of
local musicians are back with
their tribute to the Beatles at
the Omaha Community Playhouse, 6915 Cass St., Omaha.
“Yesterday and Today,”
an interactive Beatles experience, runs Friday through
Dec. 31.
The performers play all
Beatles music, take audience requests and interact
with the audience – so no
two shows are the same. The
brothers started the show as
a tribute to their late father
who loved The Beatles and
introduced his children to the
band. The McGuigan brothers now tour the country with
“Yesterday and Today” to create the ultimate living tribute
to their father.
Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at
7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2
p.m. There are two performances on New Year’s Eve,
Dec. 31. The 7 p.m. show is
$50 per person, and the 10
p.m. performance is $75 per
person. (No group discounts
on New Year’s Eve) The New
Year’s Eve shows include
complimentary champagne
punch and cake prior to each
performance with a champagne toast at midnight.
Tickets are $38 except
for the special performances
listed above. For groups of
12 or more, tickets are $32.
