Challenge yourself/friends/family to improve their health and stay active and raise
money for CANCER PREVENTION AND SUPPORT OF CANCER PATIENTS.
Choose your own activity or a combination and keep a log of your activities to be
turned into the CCS office after April 15. , e.g. walk, run, bike, skate, ski, yoga, gym
exercise machines, curl, hockey, volunteering, weight loss, healthy diet, etc. Be active
in honour or in memory of a loved one.
