In 2014, the Landmark Credit Union
team found new ways to better serve
our members while we continued to
grow. We completed our previously
announced acquisition of Hartford
Savings Bank, adding three new
branch locations. We also remodeled
our New Berlin branch and relocated
our Burlington branch to a new site – adding more convenience
and visibility. We now have 32 branch locations to serve our
members in Southern Wisconsin.
We retained our number 1 ranking as the top auto lender in
Southeastern Wisconsin. Our focus on consumer education
remained strong – offering many seminars on topics such as
home buying, investments, and understanding and managing
your credit rating.
We continued to consistently offer very favorable rates on
loans and deposits along with products and services that
have no or low fees. We introduced a cash back credit card
that allows members to earn up to 1.25% on their purchases,
as well as a referral program that can reward our members up
to $500 annually for referring family and friends to Landmark.
Your Landmark team consistently focuses on executing
our brand promise – which is to bring consistent value and
convenience to our members. On behalf of our 575 associates,
we sincerely thank you for your business and allowing us to
continue to demonstrate that “You’re worth more here.”
We continued to invest in technology solutions that allow
our members to conduct their banking with us when, where
and how they choose. We also continued to leverage internal
technology solutions and streamline processes in order to
remain efficient and cost effective.
