On Thursday, February 26, 2015 the Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of CanadaOntario Chapter will be hosting its Annual General Meeting, Annual Architectural Woodwork
Awards Ceremony and cocktail reception.
The Annual General Meeting will kick off the evening. Please join us for the Chapter update
and have your voice heard.
A cocktail party will follow the AGM with the Awards Ceremony being the highlight of the
evening. Awards will be given to member companies who have demonstrated superior
performance in the manufacture and installation of architectural woodwork in the following
categories:








Commercial Project ($0 - $100,000)
Commercial Project ($100,001 to $250,000)
Commercial Project ($250,001 and up)
Projects manufactured, installed and receiving a Guarantee Inspection Service Certificate, with
no monetary cap
Export Project
Residential Project
Retail Project
Institutional Project (hospital, school)
This awards ceremony is a wonderful opportunity to promote the projects you are proud of
and want to highlight so please remember to take photographs of your work as we will be
displaying the finalists’ projects at our Awards Night and on the AWMAC website.
Please ensure that you complete the enclosed Project Submittal Form in its entirety and send it with
photographs of the project to Hermia Wang, [email protected], no later than January 9, 2015.
Submissions after January 9, 2015 will not be accepted. If you are entering more than one project
please complete a form for each project. If you have any questions, please contact Hermia Wang at

Annual Architectural Woodwork Awards - Project Submittal Form
This form must be filled out completely and accurately and must be accompanied by photographs of the project being
nominated. Submissions should be received by January 9, 2015. Incorrect/incomplete forms will be returned for
correction/completion and must be re-submitted within 5 business days.
First entry, in any category, is free. Additional entries, in any category, are $100.00 each
Maximum number of entries per project category, per member, is four (4).
