Plan is a way to ensure your spouse and/or dependent children continue to receive a portion of your retired pay. Individuals planning on retiring are welcome to attend the Survivor Benefit Plan briefing. It is better to get the information
early so you have time to research other options. Since the
decision the retiree makes affects the spouse, they are encouraged to attend the briefing.

nutrition and physical activity. This program will include fitness and nutrition information as well as activities to help
you identify personal goals, set realistic expectations for
improvement, and build a plan to achieve those goals.
