REGISTRATION FOR AP EXAMS!! Registration starts January 6th!! Cost is $99* per exam     Garfield students will register online using any computer with internet and printing capabilities. No in person registration. No exceptions. PAYMENT for exams must be in person at Garfield High School. Each exam will cost $99* and payment can be made in the form of check or money order, payable to Garfield High School, and given to Ms. Chow. No exams can be ordered after the deadline – no exceptions will be made. Some of the larger AP programs are scheduling group registration and payment in the library. Ask your AP teacher if you are scheduled to register and pay during class. Students who need to register on their own can go to the website, complete all of the required information, and then make payment to Garfield the next day. Students can register online at totalregistration.net/AP/481115 Registration is not complete until students have printed TWO COPIES of the confirmation page pdf that is provided at the end and full payment is made. Exams will not be ordered without full payment being made by the deadline listed below. While parents may desire to register their students for exams we strongly recommend that students are present during registration to ensure that the correct exams are ordered. The exams we are offering to students are listed on the back. Important dates for the registration process:      January 6 – On time registration begins at 8:00 a.m. March 2 - On time registration closes at midnight. March 3 - On time payment due by 3:00. o Any exams not paid in full by 3/3 will be cancelled. March 9 - Late registration closes at midnight. Late fee is $20 per exam. March 10 – Late payments due by 3:00. o Any exams not paid in full by 3/10 will be cancelled. Exams will not be ordered without full payment. Exams will not be ordered after the deadline. No exceptions will be made. Cancellations, Refunds, and Late Exams      Full refunds awarded if exams are cancelled prior to midnight on 3/2. Partial refunds awarded for late cancellations made 3/2 – 3/13. ****A fee of $20 per exam will be kept for late cancelations**** No refund for students who cancel an exam after 3/13 No refund for students who do not attend the testing session if an exam was ordered. Garfield will not schedule or offer any make-up exams for students on field trips or taking elective absences such as family trips, college visits, or other non-emergency absences. Students in AP classes will have sole responsibility for making personal arrangements to take any AP exams that they miss.
