About the Department:
The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication
Engineering is established in 1999 and emerged as a leading source for providing broad based up-to-date
knowledge and technological developments in Electronics
and Telecommunication Engineering. The department has
technically rich and industry experienced faculty providing sound foundation of knowledge in Electronics and
related areas. Many staff members are pursuing PhDs in
Electronics and Communication engineering. State of the
art computational and experimental facilities enable the
department to undertake basic and applied research and
provide support to R&D organizations. Various programs
and activities are conducted for uplifting students as well
as staff members continuously throughout the year like
Roboclub, ETSA etc. The graduating students are well
placed in leading academic institutes, research organizations and industries. The department has introduced post
graduation course M.E. in Signal Processing from 2013.
