How much does it cost to participate?
The JV Employee and Secondee Engagement
Survey is included in the Joint Venture Advisory
Group subscription (for 2015).
My JV has no secondees. (Or: My JV is 100%
secondees.) Can I still participate?
Yes. JVs that do not have a mix of both JV
employees and secondees can still participate.
Only the relevant survey version will be
administered.
How should I use the survey results?
Once results are available, Water Street
Partners will conduct a walk-through discussion
with you via phone. During this discussion, we
will review your results, make recommendations
for next-steps, and discuss how Water Street
Partners can support you.
My JV already does an employee
engagement survey. Why should we use
Water Street Partner’s survey instead?
Water Street Partners is the world’s only firm
focusing exclusively on joint ventures. As such,
ours is the only employee engagement survey
available that is specifically designed to assess
employee and secondee engagement in the
context of JVs.
