Safety Cabinet/Cage Changing Station provides

procedures. Built to withstand the rigors of use
and abuse in an animal facility, the NU-629 is both
mobile and height adjustable with the following

Ergonomic Auto-Lift

(42” with optional lift system) accommodates the ergonomic
needs of multiple users who may be sitting or standing.
• As a bench style cabinet with the motor/blower located in the
top, the NU629 is ideal for seated animal procedure work that
is designed for ergonomics and allows a chair to fit completely
underneath the work surface.
• The narrow profile of the lift system does not add to the overall
width of the cabinet.
HEPA Filtration
• High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration is 99.99%
efficient on removal of particulates for supply (re-circulated)
and exhausted air.
•Energy efficient DC style ECM motor offers an energy savings of
more than 50% over conventional motor technology. The ECM
motor also creates an increase in total filter load capacity of
250%, to extend the HEPA filter life expectancy from
7 – 10 years.
• Adjustable internal damper and motor speed control further
extend HEPA filter life. Pre-filters capture bedding, hair and
dander and are easy to access for cleaning underneath the

NuAire has developed a custom enclosure to fit
over the top of Garb-el disposal systems used
in animal facilities to dispose of non-hazardous
bedding materials.
The system is a self-contained, stand-alone Class I Safety
Enclosure that operates independently of the waste system, and

From small requirements for a limited number of cages to high
volume facilities, NuAire can offer a safety enclosure tailored to
meet the needs of nearly every animal resource facility. The Dual
Dump Station (pictured) is an example of an enclosure designed
for a high-volume facility. Characteristics of this include:
