Dogs need be present for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the Club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes, or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Show Secretary. Dogs which, according to their owner’s records, have completed the requirements for a Championship after the closing of entries, but whose Championships are unconfirmed, may be transferred to the Best of Breed competition, provided this transfer is made by the Show Secretary at least one-half hour prior to the start of any regular judging The show-giving club, the Show Secretary, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. The welfare of an exhibitor’s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children while attending these shows. Puppies under the age of six months are strictly prohibited from entry into the show site. All dogs on show site must have proof of current rabies vaccination (within one year of show date). Tags do not constitute proof of vaccination. Use one form per dog. Check at the top of the entry form the days on which you want your dog entered. Ask for the dog show rate of $99.00 when making your reservations. This rate is $70.00 off the regular price. These rooms will be available until February 6, 2015 at the dog show rate. Please be sure to let the hotel know that you are coming for the German Shepherd Dog Club shows on February 21 an 22, 2015. . HOSPITALITY A vendor will serve BBQ plate lunches and sandwiches ringside at noon on Saturday. Come and join us for a hospitality get-together Saturday night at the Marriott Conference Room R. Green Chili Stew, beans and green salad plus other goodies will be served. Judges will discuss a dog related subject followed by a question and answer session.
