AGENCY PACKAGE Introduction The Annecto Agency Package gives you the opportunity to earn commission from one of the best schemes in the industry. Not only will we pay you for the value generated in each deal but we will also pay you a bonus for the volume of deals you deliver. The most attractive part of this scheme is that you can earn a Residual Commission from every deal that goes live (for the lifetime of that account) which will help you build up a monthly income from your commission payments. 2 ANNECTO UK In addition, Annecto will also be paying ‘One-Off’ commission payments on some of the products sold plus Bonus payments and enhanced Status within the company when you achieve certain hurdles. Credit & Debit Card Processing ‘One-Off’ Commission Annecto will pay a ‘one-off’ payment to you (for terminals sold) twice per month - on the 15th of each month and on the last working day of each month. You will be supplied with a matrix showing the range of terminals available, the monthly rental amount that the merchant pays, the length of the lease contract (24-48 months) and the commission payable. An example (for illustrative purposes only) of how this will look is shown below. 48-Month Matrix: Countertop £16.99 £17.99£18.99£19.99£20.99 £21.99 £22.99 Commission £100 £120£140£160£180 £200 £220 Mobile £26.99 £27.99£28.99£29.99£30.99 £31.99 £32.99 Commission £100 £120£140£160£180 £200 £220 Typical commission paid per terminal sold is £120-£140 ANNECTO UK 3 Residual Commission We will pay you 30% Residual Commission on every live account for the lifetime of that account. For the purposes of clarity, the definition of Residual Revenue is the commission Annecto receive each month from our processing bank and is made up of the Merchant Service Charge minus the Wholesale Fees. As the Volume of accounts signed increases then the percentage of Residual Commission that you earn also increases (on all live accounts) up to 50% as shown on the table (right). Live Outlets % Residual 0-25 30% 26-50 35% 51-100 40% 101-200 40% 201-300 40% 301-400 45% 401-500 45% 500+ 50% An example (illustrative only) of how this works is as follows: You meet with Magic Wheels Ltd, a car garage, that already accepts cards through Barclaycard and you agree a deal to switch them across to Annecto. Their Credit Card turnover is £100,000 per annum and they also process 2,500 Debit Card transactions. You agree rates of 1.35% on Credit Card and 18p on Debit Card. Credit Card: £100,000 x (1.35% - 1% (wholesale rate)) = £350 Residual Revenue Debit Card: 2,500 x (18p – 11p (wholesale rate)) = £175 Residual Revenue Total Annecto residual revenue is £525 per annum Your Residual Commission is £157.50 per annum (30% of the Residual Revenue) or £13.13 per month. The residual commission will vary from customer to customer and is entirely dependent on their card turnover / number of transactions and the rates that you quote. You would have also earned £80-£100 commission from placing their terminal. 4 ANNECTO UK Warm Leads 50% Residual Commission up to Annecto will be generating leads through its Digital Marketing and through Referral Relationships which will be passed out to our Sales Agents to sign up. The Residual Commission on these leads will be fixed at 20% although all other aspects of the scheme will be as detailed in this document. All accounts signed from these leads will count towards your Bonus and Status Levels. Business Cash Advance Annecto will pay you 1% of the purchase price for the initial Business Cash Advance taken by a customer. Any subsequent Business Cash Advance taken by the same customer (70% of customers do take another advance) will earn you 0.5% of the purchase price of the subsequent loan and all loans thereafter. The commission payable to the Sales Agent is £280 An example (illustrative only) of how this works is as follows: Fred’s Fish Restaurant borrows £20,000 and a factor rate of 1.4 is applied, taking the total amount owed, or the purchase price, to £28,000. Your commission will be £280 (1%) ANNECTO UK 5 Bonus & Status Levels In addition to the individual commission payments for each account signed (as already detailed) Annecto will pay you a bonus when specific sales volume ‘landmarks’ are achieved as demonstrated in the table below: Live Outlets Status Live Outlets ‘Landmark’ Bonus Payable 0-25 Standard 25 £250 26-50 Silver 50 £500 51-100 Gold 100 £1,000 101-200 Gold 200 £2,000 201-300 Gold 300 £3,000 301-400 Platinum 400 £4,000 401-500 Platinum 500 £10,000 500+ Ambassador Every 100 outlets £1k per 100 outlets As you can see, as soon as your 25th outlet goes live, we will pay you a bonus of £250. Joe Richard Joe focused on selling Card Processing to his portfolio of 200 Restaurants and was successful in signing 50 of them in his first year. Whilst the actual volume of sales was fairly low, the value within each deal was high as the card turnover for each restaurant averaged £500k per annum. Richard sold greater numbers of deals which were less focused on value. He earned himself an average of £70 commission from each terminal placed (one terminal per customer signed) and the average residual commission he earned was £10 per deal. Through the course of the year, Joe earned £10,000 in terminal commission (£100 per terminal placed with an average of 2 terminals at each restaurant). Richard sold 200 deals in the year which generated the following commission for him: Terminal Revenue: £14,000 By month 12 he was earning £1,500 per month in Residual Revenue as each restaurant earned Joe £30 per month (at 40%). Bonuses: £3,750 (£250+£500+£1,000+2,000) Joe had also earned two Bonuses of £250 & £500. Residual Commission: £12,870 (£23,760 in the following calendar year) In total, Joe earned £10,570 from ‘one-off’ commission & bonuses with his Residual Commission giving him a further £9,420 through the year (commission builds through the year), a grand total of £19,990 from just 50 deals. The Residual Commission in the following 12 months (assuming no other signings) would be £18,000. Richard was paid a total of £30,620 in that calendar year. If Richard signed another 200 outlets in the following year then he would earn a total of £57,630 in year 2. £19,99 from ju st 50 de 0 als ANNECTO UK 7 Training & Support One of the major attractions of working in partnership with Annecto is the level of training and support you will get from our team.
