4- Signature on schedule ‘G’ shall be treated as agreement between the department and the tenderer and would mean enforcement of standard term and
conditions applicable in department.
5- In case of any typographical error in schedule ‘G’ the BSR enforced today shall be taken as correct.
6- All light and heavy machinrys required for the work shall have to be arranged by contractor at his own.
7- Contractor shall provide and employ sufficient number of qualified technical men for supervision of all aspects of the work.
8- The basic centre line, reference points and bench marks will be fixed by the department and labour, (Skilled and unskilled) and material as required for this
work shall be arranged by contractor. The contractor shall establish working bench marks along with the reference bench marks in the area soon after taking
possession of site at his cost at suitable points and also additional reference lines and benchmarks as may be necessary. The contractor shall remain possible for
the sufficiency and accuracy of all his benchmarks and reference lines. He shall also take precaution to see thant the lines. Points and benchmarks got fixed by
the department are not distributed by his work and shall make good any such damages.
9- Quarries for stones, coarse aggregate and etc. shall be found by the contractor. The contractor shall have to make his own arrangements for execution of
necessary quarries to obtain the material as per standard specifications. The department does not accept any responsibility either in handing over the quarries
procuring the material or any other facilities.
10- Contractor has to make his own arrangements at his own costs for acquisition of quarries required for obtaining construction material.
11- Sign boards, light, barriers and other quality control devices shall be prepared and maintained in satisfactory condition till the time they are required or directed
by the Engineer in charge.
12- Construction program shall be furnished by the contractor within 7 days of issue of work order by the Engineer In charge.
13- Cement shall be arranged by the contractor at his own.
14- The Schedule ‘G’ is based on BSR of PWD Rajasthan circle Bharatpur for building work w.e.f 2013 And PWD Road BSR 2013.
15- Contractor shall make all safety measures at his own level.
16- All taxes i.e. Income tax, VAT, Royalty, Labour cess etc. shall be deducted from bills as per applicable and as per Government Rules.
