Presidents-­‐‑elect should meet with their board prior to PETS, complete this worksheet in cooperation with the board and/or the entire membership and then enter the data directly into Rotary Club Central at: www.rotary.org. Submit the original to your Assistant Governor by PETS. Rotary Club of GENERAL DIRECTIONS – use this worksheet as a tool for the collection of data that will be entered into Rotary Club Central. Data is only entered into the non-­‐‑shaded areas but the other columns are given as a reference and some are pre-­‐‑populated by RI.
