Non-Discriminatory Policy
To preserve the tax-exempt status of WELS Schools, each year the CLS is required to
complete Form 5578 for the Internal Revenue Service listing which of our WELS
schools fully comply with the regulations concerning the publication of a racially nondiscriminatory policy as required by federal law. To complete this year's filing, please
