Shellharbour City Council is seeking comments on the
Draft Master Plan for Albion Park Showground. A Master
Plan is a document that outlines a vision to guide growth
and development of a facility over the next 10 to 20 years.
It isn’t a detailed design, but is

What area does the Planning Proposal apply to?
This Planning Proposal applies to the IN2 Light Industrial
Zone precinct in Lake Illawarra/Warilla. This land is
bounded by Woolworths Avenue, Commerce Drive and
Veronica Street.
Where can you look at the Planning Proposal?
You can have a look at the Planning Proposal and
associated documents from 8:30am until 4:30pm weekdays
at our Customer Services counter, located on Level 1
of our Administration Centre, Lamerton House (behind
Stockland Shellharbour). Copies will also be available
from Warilla and Shellharbour libraries, or on our website
at www.shellharbour.nsw.gov.au.

Sportsfields for the 2015 Winter Season. Application forms
can be downloaded from Council’s Website or collected
from the Customer Service’s Department at Council’s
