SELECTING COOKWARE
Cooking can be so much more enjoyable if you
are properly equipped. Besides choosing by
function, a big consideration is heat conductivity.
The better the heat conductivity, the more evenly
your food will cook. It also means that when
you turn the heat up or down, the reaction time
in terms of temperature change will differ. You
should also take note how some metals react
with certain food.
