This 2nd Annual Insurance Law Institute delves into
insurance law and insurance bad faith. Experienced
lawyers and judges explore UM/UIM, cyber liability,
workers’ compensation bad faith, construction,
intentional acts and bad faith.
Attending the Insurance Law Institute is the best way to
ensure you are completely up to date on the latest cases,
legislation and other developments in insurance law. The
program provides practical instruction on important
topics and opportunities to discuss cutting-edge legal
strategy with leading practitioners and judges alike.

are charged a higher “at-the-door” rate.
CONFERENCE ROOM CLIMATE: Conference

are delivered by email prior to the program. Participants

Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to the CLE department at

“Cancel” in the subject line. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48
hours prior to the seminar. You may choose to receive (1) a voucher in the
amount of 100% of the seminar fee paid, good at most upcoming State Bar
of Arizona CLE seminars; OR (2) a refund of the seminar fee paid, minus a
$25 administrative fee. No refunds or vouchers will be given for cancellations
less than 48 hours prior to the seminar.
