* The definition of dangerous goods is all items mentioned in the IATA DGR with either a UN or ID number.
 Dangerous goods class 1 and class 6.2 must be collected within 6 hours. After these 6 hours the goods will be transported to another location
to be stored. The cost for this activity will be charged at cost price plus an accounting surcharge of 10%.
 A free storage of 18 hours applies to all general cargo shipments. The same will apply for all parts of part shipments. Storage and
warehouse charges also apply to part shipments, each part will be charged individually.
 All import related fees will be invoiced to the consignee agent mentioned on the MAWB.
 Storage of Lithium batteries will be charged as per 120 or 121.

Urgent shipments can be collected 2 hours after arrival of a passenger flight and 4 hours after arrival of a freighter flight. Urgent shipments

the schedule arrival time. If due to operational reasons this can’t be accomplished, Swissport has the right to refuse the request of express
handling.

(1) Weight checks will be executed by SCS on each shipment. Charges for reweigh will be
applicable when a weight discrepancy exceeds 5% over the actual weight reflected on AWB.
* If one or more conditions below are not full-filled the not ready for carriage fee will be applicable:
a. The consignment is offered together with the Air Waybill (except E-freight) and is compliant with all customs formalities.
b. The consignment is offered palletized in one lot on the floor of the shed or at the rear of the truck
Exception: The consignment is a ULD and mentioned as such on the Air Waybill.
c. The consignment has to be delivered in such a way that can be verified that the pieces, the weight
and all labels are in accordance with the Air Waybill.
d. The consignment must also be free of any damage.
e. The consignment must be in accordance with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
f. The security status of the consignment is SPX or SCO in accordance with the current EU regulations.

*Customers my request Swissport to review CCTV images in order to obtain secondary information (relevant paperwork shall constitute primary
evidence) in regards to claims or damages. Upon receiving such request Swissport will view such images and advise the requesting customer of its
findings. The contents of such advise shall always be subjected to Swissport International Ltd. Corporate legal and governance considerations. In
case where Swissport is clearly to be held responisble for mishandling, the cost for viewing the CCTV images shall not be invoiced to the carrier.
Swissport reserves the right to evaluate the maximum price of screening based on each shipment.
i.e. If a shipment is requested to be scanned that requires more than average workload,
the price can be amended.

On all services provided by Swissport Cargo Services Netherlands BV, the “Handling Charges “tariff will be applicable

Payment terms of the entire invoice amount is required within 14 days from the invoice date.
By accepting any shipment handled through Swissport Cargo Services Netherlands BV

as from January 1 , 2015, the receiving agent (forwarder) automatically agrees and accepts this 2015 tariff. The tariff
list can be provided at request and is published at www.Swissport.com
Swissport Cargo Services Netherlands BV reserves the right to change above pricing during 2015,
if the circumstances so merit.
