Payment Policy and Acknowledgement
John H. Daniel Custom Tailors does not ship open accounts. We only accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express Corporate credit cards for new accounts. All orders will be charged in full, up front,
by the use of one of these cards.
In the event the credit card is declined or a chargeback is made after delivery of finished garments,
we will hold all future orders until such time as the matter is cleared up, including holding any finished
garments. We will ship no additional garments to you until any outstanding matters are resolved.
I understand and acknowledge that I have read and understand John H. Daniel’s policy with regard
to payment for orders. I understand that failure to conform to these requirements could result in shipments
of finished garments being held until such time as I am in compliance.
