Time: 9:00 AM
Venue: KUSOM Premises, Balkumari, Lalitpur
Note: Calculators are not allowed.
The applicants who have not attached all the required documents (listed below) are informed to
compulsorily submit the missing documents before (12:00 noon), Sunday (January 18, 2015) failing

* The applicant should submit certificate of degree equivalence issued by Tribhuvan University failing
which the applicants will not be eligible to appear in the KUMAT (Kathmandu University Management
Admission Test) for EMBA.
Documents required
1. Two passport size photos
2. Attested photocopies of transcripts certificates, and character certificate/s of all degrees (SLC
onwards)
3. Attested photocopies of marksheets/gradesheets of all years/semesters if transcript is not available
4. Attested photocopy of citizenship certificate.
5. Attested copies of all marksheets/gradesheets up to the last annual/semester exam taken/passed
for candidates applying on a provisional basis (in addition to the above).
6. Copy of experience letter.
7. Copy of certificate of equivalence of degree obtained (only applicable for degrees of foreign
universities) issued by Tribhuvan University or photocopy of the relevant page of the “Directory of
Recognition and Equivalence of Educational Qualifications” published by TU clearly indicating the
university and its program/degree recognized by TU.
