Busy and expanding independent pain management clinic seeks to add motivated new
interventional physician. Currently two physicians focus practice on consults, injections,
stimulator and pump implants. Two midlevel providers (a PA and an ARNP) provide med
management; pump refill, and long-term chronic pain patient follow-up. We desire to add a
BC/BE physician who wants to provide all phases of interventional pain management. Clinic
was established in 1996 with continuous growth to our current two offices with four providers.

Pain Consultants is a practice established over 15 years ago as the first exclusive pain practice in
Wyoming. A free-standing clinic, PCR has a dedicated, accredited injection center in which the
