This document can be used as a template to prepare an abstract and includes the page settings,
fonts and references. The files should be submitted electronically both in PDF and DOC/RTF
formats via the registration web-page.
The deadline for abstract submission is February 15th 2015.
The page settings are A4 paper format, with 2.5 cm for the left, right, top and bottom margins.
The title should be written in Arial font (bold, 14 pt). Title, authors and affiliations should be
separated by an empty line. Authors and affiliations should be written in Times New Roman
(12 pt), with the first letter of the name, initials and the first letter of the surname in capital
letters. The affiliations should be italicized. For multiple authors from different institutions,
each author should be identified with a superscript number placed after the author's surname.
The name of the presenting author should be underlined. The e-mail of the corresponding
author might be given below the affiliations in Times New Roman (10 pt) without an empty
line above it. Title, authors and affiliations are centered. There should be one blank line after
the affiliations block and the abstract body.
The text of the abstract body has to be justified, font Times New Roman (12 pt), single
spacing between the lines. Paragraphs have to be separated by an empty line.
Formulas have to be centered and, if numbering is necessary, the number has to be placed on
the right in parentheses. The figure captions are centered and written in Times New Roman
(11 pt), as in Fig. 1.

References, if any, are cited using sequential numbers enclosed in square brackets [1]. The
format of the reference list is shown below. The font of the references should be Times New
Roman (12 pt). If it is possible, the web-links to the items should be added.
