- hotel accommodation in room with private facilities on half board basis ( dinner with ½ lt of mineral water
included and buffet breakfast ), 10% Vat
- if selected, private shuttle bus on 30th January from hotel to Rimini Fiera and back.
Please note that city tax is excluded and it is to be paid directly at the hotel :
its amount is equal to € 1,50 per person per night in 3* hotel and € 2,50 per person per night in 4* hotel .
Children under 14 years old do not have to pay the city tax.
Private transfer service from point of arrival in Italy to Rimini hotel is only on demand

BOOKING TERMS AND PAYMENT METHOD
1) The booking must be sent to [email protected] or [email protected] not later than 16th January by
sending this form duly filled-in.
2) Pa Incentive will send you confirmation of your booking indicating hotel name booked and pro-forma
invoice requesting deposit of 50% or balance before arrival, otherwise credit card details as guarantee of
your booking . In this last case the balance will be done directly in hotel. The advance payments should be
